This is the Methow Valley, which gets snow! There is a snowblower on premises. Plowing is NOT included. You can either plow/hire plowing, or snowblow. The house is all electric with heat pump and furnace. There are a few solar cells on the roof to keep costs down. Heating will, of course, depend on how warm you keep the house. There is a pump house which has to be kept to 50 degrees during winter.
Other details worth noting
There is a Starlink system installed and active on premises. This provides 100mbps Internet. If you want to use this, it is currently $120 a month (Starlink may change price).
There is a 12×16 stand alone office on the property. Discuss if you want to use this.
The house is currently furnished. If you don’t need/want furnishings it will take us one to two days to empty out the house of furnishings.
Other things:
- Two car garage.
- Large “skirt” on garage and paved walk way to front door.
- Garden area and irrigation if this turns into long term rental (again, not guaranteed).
